CAT 627B Motor Scraper
This Cat 627B is equipped with an open ROPS, Push/Pull, fair to good 29.5 x 25 rubber and a recently skinned bowl. This Cat 627B has a very tight hitch and was virtually leak free when it arrived at our shop. Work performed in our shop includes:
- Front Engine - oil and filters changed, engine tuned up, #4 and #6 injectors replaced
- Rear Engine - oil and filters changed, engine tuned up, glow plug connector replaced, thermostat replaced
- Brake system - air leaks fixed, brakes repaired and adjusted as needed
- Rear Transmission - transfer gear replaced, new output shaft seal, oil changed
- Front Transmission - oil checked - clean, screens pulled and checked. Front axles pulled and transmission pressured tested, all pressures within spec. Faulty transmission hold valve replaced
- Differentials - all oils checked and changed, magnets and screens checked
- Differential control valve disassembled and rebuilt
- Air tank poppet valve removed and rebuilt
- Park brake lines repaired and replaced as needed to ensure proper working brake
